Richard Bates
Relationship Manager
Rich works closely with Ross and the rest of the team, external providers and our clients, to help deliver our financial planning service.
He has an extensive background in sports media and marketing having previously been Head of Communications for Kick It Out and SportsAid across a 15-year period.
Outside of work
Rich is currently Chief Scout at Dover Athletic FC in the National League South with more than a decade of experience in opposition analysis and talent identification in football. More locally, he spent five years with Bowers & Pitsea FC during the most successful period in the club’s history which saw them promoted to the Isthmian Premier in 2019 and reach The FA Cup First Round Proper in 2021. He lives in Benfleet with his wife and two children.
